I called them 3 times for my pink slips. It has been 2 months I haven't received my pink slips. With a cheaper rates comes a cheap service as they say. Terrible customer service. Instead of admitting their problem they blame it on Canada Post. 3 Calls and 2 months but no pink slips delivered to me yet.

β β β β β Worst insurance company ever I m with and they cancel the insurance if you have lower price and they say their own reasons for that. They donβt care about customers and they will willingly cancel the insurance if you get for lower price and give various reasons.

β β β β β The services provided by the Co-operators was very professional and extremely responsive. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helped me with receiving tenant's insurance. I am a university student that needed tenant's insurance within 3 days to be able to sign my lease and the co-operators were very helpful in getting this done for me. I would definitely recommend going to them for any insurance purposes as they are efficient and effective in their work. Thank you Co-operators!
