They are helpful, friendly and always a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend them should you be looking for a new insurance company and are looking for that personal touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been insured here for 7 years and have nothing but good things to say. I have both home and car insurance, and their rates are very good. For my situation, no other company was close in terms of price. They do a great at clearly explaining the terms of the insurance policies, and the nuances. I've only had one claim, and that process was smooth.
Either way, before getting insurance, I would always recommend doing a bit of research so you can understand better when they speak to you. Some people get frustrated and leave bad reviews, but in many cases, that is simply their own fault for not understanding some of the basic concepts.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys, and have already done so to many of my friends and family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were recommended by a friend and I called their office to get some information about auto insurance, the receptionist was super nice and transferred me to someone and I was put on hold and totally forgotten. Called them back again, same thing...you guys really need to be on point and not waste potential customers time.

What I have truly benefited from is the awesome financial planning they have provided and helping me get ready for retirement in the future. I feel like I'm not in this alone. I have received great advice, help with determining what I will need to do now and in the future to ensure I have the kind of life I want. Everyone should be taking advantage of this service---young and old. You will not regret it!!!!
