I have been trying to find someone who can help me out with my renewal and modify the method of payment in this location for the last few weeks and no answer. Have to wait almost every day minimum 45mn over the phone, them they hanging up with no option to leave a voicemail Very bad experience!

Agents changed my premium without informing me, messed up my account and refused to answer questions on what they did with the claim on my file, which was NOT AT FAULT. All what they do is refer the issue to other departments/ personals, to dodge answering questions on what exactly are they doing to my account. The way they behave is seriously alarming, and raises flags on their honesty dealing with clients. I will contact the General Insurance OmbudService if they insist on their foul games

This place is super frustrating. No one is in the office, so you drive there to make a payment...and no one is there. Then they don't answer or return calls, leaving drivers unsure of their payments and policies, even email isn't returned properly. Even if the office is closed because of covid, thats not a reason for calls and emails to not be returned, especially when I am trying to make a payment.

I finally got a hold of someone and they were so rude. Talked over me, never letting me get a word in. I set up automatic payments with them, they never honoured it and out of the blue they send a termination letter. Worst insurance company.

Ehab, went above the duty. I tried to extend my liability insurance and the customer care department took over 2 hours. They put me on hold, line got disconnected agent left wrong Ext# on my voicemail. I reached out to Ehab by email explaining what I went through. He immediately called me and take care of my concerns. He was respectful and extremely courteous. I wished he could take every calls at Allstate. Mo

I was starting to get discouraged with insuring my car because the prices were way too high but Veneesha came through for me! She was patient, kind, understanding and did her best to get me the best price. She was in constant communication with me the whole time and I appreciated that. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been going through and still am going through the WORST experience I could imagine. No one from this company keeps their word, gets back to you or notifies you about the status. They leave it on you to always call back and check on the status. People flat out ignore you and don’t respond to any of your questions. Had an accident on Dec 4th and it still has not been resolved & I’m the one constantly reaching out and wasting hours in a day on hold trying to get through. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE AT ALL MEASURES. I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR IF I COULD.

I have received very good service with Allstate in the past few months. After my car being severely hit in a parking lot, I was devastated. After a few phone calls with the right people, I had little to no worries thanks to them having my back. They communicated with me and compromised with me over a few issues. A special thank you to James Clendenning and Derek Wright for the smoothness of the process.
