★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est moins cher mais on en a pour notre argent lors d'une réclamation. Ils ont commandé au carrossier une réparation bâclée plutôt que de changer la pièce pour une réparation viable. Je dois refaire faire le travail à mes frais maintenant. Ne vous fiez pas aux prix. Pensez a long terme et allez voir ailleurs.
It's cheaper but you get what you pay for with a claim. They ordered the bodybuilder a botched repair rather than changing the part for a viable repair. I have to redo the work at my expense now. Do not rely on prices. Think long term and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, please avoid at all costs. It has been a nightmare dealing with them for a simple car claim. I tried to call to follow up on a claim on a Friday at 3 pm. After waiting for 15 min, someone answered saying their office hours are 8 to 5 but everyone has left already for today...probably the lazy employees decided to take their Friday pm off. I used to be with another company (Belair) before and I am sure this would have never happened there. Whenever we have had to deal with them, there were no delays and everything was handled promptly.
Claims are when you need your insurance company the most. That's where you see if they're really up to the task. Co-operators has been excruciatingly difficult to deal with. Please save yourself this nightmare so they learn to up their game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Best service I ever got from any insurers in the last 25 years in Montreal (changed like 12 so far). They were fast! They were soooo much cheaaper! I even ended giving them my company car policy also! Just wow!
My Tesla MY was less than half price vs TD Meloche, and less than 1/3 than my previous broker could ever do! They covered the 2 cars and the main house in less than 40 min on the phone. Got all my docs in order by email within 10 min after hanged off with the advisor. Cant get any better! I have refered all my family and friends, so far over 12 ppl switched to the coops! Please keep it up guys!!
