The bank didn't ask for much paperwork for our pre-approval and I was left feeling a bit skeptical. In comparison Joel was very thorough from the start which gave us confidence that our pre-approval would not change much when we finally found a house to buy. When we did it was weeks before going on a 2 month out of country holiday which made things tricky but Joel (and our realtor) were super efficient with what needed to be done in the short amount of time and we were successful! I still consider our financing a miracle given our circumstances and could not recommend Joel more!
