D	Dustin Inskip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend for a first time buyer. They are likely fine for someone doing something straightforward or who has more knowledge. Im a first time buyer and I was already dealing with the insanity of the covid market and I left the mortgage aspect in the background, trusting it was in good hands. What followed was a few months of no success trying to buy a home. In this time no one from Colman reached out to me about anything. Finally I sent an e-mail because I had heard about changing rates and wanted to know if it would affect me. When they got back to me I was told my rate would now be higher, and that they assumed I wasn't interested anymore because they hadn't heard from me I'm awhile. A few more months have passed and again I've heard nothing from them. I wrongly assumed I would have someone working for me in the background while I tried to find a home. What happened was that I was forgotten and assumed to be no longer interested because my search was taking too long. To address the reply from the owner: The last time I spoke with Colman was March of 2021. I wrote this review in Oct of 2021. That entire time I had zero contact from them and after my review have also had zero contact from them. It's difficult to work with someone for "a year" when you don't actually talk to them.
