★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always polite and helpful. Chris is a long standing worker who always shows professionalism and provides helpful advice for all applications. They even took the time to apply a few stain samples on a board to make sure I was happy with the final look. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a repeat 5gl order and to ask if there was an alternative to the sharkskin deck paint I had used recently, it was difficult to keep clean and seemed too porous, I wanted something for the railings that I could wipe down.
The computers went down and a female rushed out and promptly sent away 3 customers that had just entered the store.
She told the service clerk I had been speaking with to go home, She then addressed me to take my phone number and within 7mins the computers came back on.
I repeated my order to her and was taken aback at her unhelpful, flippant attitude, directing me to the cedar Hill store and to speak with the manager, which was all unnecessary...I wasn't returning products, just enquiring about a possible deck paint alternative.
As she mixed my paint order, I enquired about the future availability of porch paint, let'just say, I should not have asked!!!
I don't believe she enjoys her job, clearly has no service skills.
I've worked professionally with various paint products for forty two years, my questions were not naive.
I found the staff knowledgeable and efficient on other visits
