Call back around 10 am just to confirm and they didn't even start the order and tells me it would still be ready by 12 or 12:30 today. Call back again at 12:30 to confirm, they tell me they have no idea where the order is and would call me when ready. Call back in an hour again just to see if they found the order and I get the same answer, "I have no idea where the order is but I will call you guys back when it's ready". How can you possible call me back when its been over 24 hours and no one knows where the order is and you guys keep giving me timelines. What a joke. I went to Sherwin Williams and had this order ready within an hour.

Brought back paint to have a rematch when return to site again paint was nowhere near the right color. Painted entire ceiling with paint anyway as homeowner was coming home ran short 10 ft.² Call shop give them exact code off of can to get another can of exact paint when return to site and finish painting ceiling their exact match of their paint was nowhere near. Now I am out to days worth of work with no pay due to no fault of my own.
