★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais accueil, technologue s’est énervée car il y avait qq radiographies à prendre. Je lui ai demandé si ça la dérangeait et elle m’a répondu sèchement je n’ai pas le choix.
Je n’ai jamais été aussi mal reçue que ça.
 Very poor reception, technologist got angry because there were a few x-rays to take. I asked her if she was bothered and she said curtly I have no choice.
I have never been so badly received as this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée tout à l’heure passer une échographie de clarté nucale dans vos locaux de La Cité.
Je remercie les employés de l’accueil très sympathique ainsi que l’infirmière de OVO.
C’est un événement qui est heureux pour les parents, ce serait plaisant que la technologue le reflète.
Dès le début le cœur bat, je le sais car j’ai 3 autre enfants. Sinon jamais qu’elle aurait dit qu’il battait. Le bébé n’est pas dans la bonne position pour collaborer aux prises de mesures je le comprends, mais reste qu’on est des parents qui rencontrent leur bébé pour la première fois. On essayait de discuter pour en savoir plus mais c’était plutôt difficile et même un climat désagréable et que dire des photos reçues que j’ai du demander à recevoir à la fin de mon écho.
Bref pour une 4e clarté nucale ce ne fut pas mon expérience la plus positive..

From the start my heart beats, I know it because I have 3 other children. Otherwise she would never have said he was beating. The baby is not in the right position to collaborate in taking action I understand, but we are still parents meeting their baby for the first time. We tried to chat to find out more but it was rather difficult and even an unpleasant atmosphere and what about the photos received that I had to ask to receive at the end of my echo.
In short for a 4th nuchal translucency it was not my most positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour une première visite pour mammographie je peux vous dire que j’étais très nerveuse selon les commentaires des proches. La douleur étant supposées être insupportables.
MESDAMES si vous en êtes à une première je vous recommande MARIE-PIERRE qui saura prendre le temps d’écouter avec empathie vos craintes. Il ne faut pas sauter la mammographie par peur de douleur. Elle vous traitera aux petits soins avec le sourire et la passion du métier. ?
For a first visit for mammography I can tell you that I was very nervous according to the comments of relatives. The pain is supposed to be unbearable.
LADIES if this is your first time, I recommend MARIE-PIERRE, who will take the time to empathetically listen to your fears. Do not skip the mammogram for fear of pain. She will take care of you with a smile and a passion for the profession. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le radiologiste qui devait faire un suivi avec le médecin de ma conjointe à "oublié" de rappeler son médecin et est parti le vendredi soir pour son weekend, bravo. Vraiment génial pour un rendez-vous urgent suite à une fausse couche... Le médecin de ma conjointe a appelé pour faire un suivi et les secrétaires ont refusé de lui faire entendre le compte-rendu du radiologiste tant que ça n'avait pas été transcrit... par la secrétaire qui partait en weekend.Ridicule, le médecin n'en revenait tout simplement pas !
Si je faisais ma job à moitié comme ça, je la perdrais.
The radiologist who was to follow up with my wife's doctor "forgot" to call his doctor back and left on Friday evening for his weekend, well done. Really great for an urgent appointment following a miscarriage ... my wife's doctor called for a follow-up and the secretaries refused to give her the radiologist's report until it was transcribed ... by the secretary who was leaving for the weekend. Ridiculous, the doctor just couldn't believe it!
If I did my job halfway like this, I would lose it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue du service par téléphone. Je suis en attente pour une radiographie au public, et je cherchais à accélérer le processus en allant au privée. Je voulais simplement appeler pour m'informer du coût, ce que j'explique à la réceptionniste. Elle me coupe et me dit que ça prend absolument une prescription pour prendre rendez-vous. Je lui dis que je comprends, mais que je ne suis pas encore rendue là, pour l'instant je veux juste avoir une idée du prix pour voir si je suis capable de me le payer. Si c'est trop cher, je vais juste arrêter là, ça ne donne rien de faire plus de démarches. Mais elle me redit avec une ton de voix bête et arrogant: "Je vais recommencer du début: ça prend absolument une prescription." Oui, ça j'ai compris!! Et moi, je veux savoir le prix avant d'aller chercher cette fameuse prescription! Bref, rien à faire, aucun moyen d'avoir ce renseignement pourtant primordial avant de décider de prendre rendez-vous. Le service plein de compassion qui a été vanté pendant tout le temps d'attente au téléphone n'a malheureusement pas transparu dans le service que je n'ai même pas réussi à recevoir.
Very disappointed with the service over the phone. I am waiting for a public x-ray, and was looking to speed up the process by going private. I just wanted to call to inquire about the cost, which I explain to the receptionist. She cuts me off and tells me that it absolutely takes a prescription to make an appointment. I tell him that I understand, but that I'm not there yet, for now I just want to get an idea of the price to see if I can afford it. If it's too expensive, I'll just stop there, it doesn't help to do more legwork. But she repeated to me in a silly and arrogant tone of voice: "I'm going to start over from the beginning: it absolutely takes a prescription." Yes, that I understood !! And I want to know the price before going to get this famous prescription! In short, nothing to do, no way to get this essential information before deciding to make an appointment. The compassionate service that was touted during the entire wait on the phone unfortunately did not show through in the service that I did not even manage to receive.

Wait for the burned CD..... luckily the radiologist saw me in the waiting room otherwise I would be there again and again! Bad communication between them

Par contre une personne a mon arrivée très gentille. Aucun jugement de sa part pour le fait que je ne possède pas la RAMQ et ça c'est très appréciable.
Je remercie également votre formidable technicienne en radiologie Jessica qui a su me réconforter pour que l'examen se passe le mieux possible ! Merci a elle et à sa postivitée!
I removed a star because the appointment was a little complicated.
On the other hand, a person on my arrival was very nice. No judgment on his part for the fact that I do not have the RAMQ and that is very significant.
I also thank your wonderful radiology technician Jessica who was able to comfort me so that the examination went as well as possible! Thanks to her and her postivity!
