A	A N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you. The student who received me was very pleasant and even gave me lots of helpful tips. My glasses were finished in one hour and they were the perfect fit. Couldn't be happier.
V	Victoria Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2 years I saw Dr. Bitton for what she said was dry eyes. My eyes would water ALL THE TIME. To the point that my quality of life has diminshed because I literally can't see 90% of the time and I have dark circles under my eyes as a result of always wiping away the tears. After getting an infection in my tear duct, my optometrist referred me to another doctor who confirmed my eyes are NOT dry - my tear ducts are blocked! I mentioned to Dr. Bitton on multiple occasions that I thought my tear ducts were blocked. She ignored me every time. Not to mention how expensive it is to go to this clinic, it is nearly impossible to get through to talk to someone when you call, and service for English speaking people could be improved. Not impressed with this clinic at all.

I came to this clinic for more information about Orthokeratology and after the first eye examination they told me I would be a good fit for them. When i came back to get fitted for the contact lenses I was told It was not ideal for me , which they could have told me when I first asked instead of wasting my money and time on a second examination, which I did not need. Furthermore I tried calling all week to order regular contact lenses , but no one answered and no one called back even though I left multiple voicemails .I would not recommend

The prices of frames are very reasonable too. Most importantly, the students have the right approach and enthusiasm to serve you. They are professional and on the job. They are also verified by a certified doctor at every step. This place is a gem for all eyes!

W	Warrior lifx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasik MD sent me to them after my CxL surgery so I can get custom contact lenses - I paid the test for nothing - My case was serious and they let an inexperienced newcomer work on my eye - they put a lot of pressure and stress to my eye and made me feel pain (Thank you for that....I hope I don't have to do another surgery....) -they were not able to solve my issue and only refunded my deposit but not for the test.
B	Bananaaa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The doctors put a liquid in my eye to test out my eye muscles. My eyes couldn't focus at all after the procedure. But, despite that, they chose to reschedule an appointment because my eyes couldn't focus. OF COURSE THEY COULDN'T. THE DOCTOR PUT THE LIQUID IN MY EYES. 0/10 do not recommend at all. Just go to Costco or Newlook or anywhere else except from here.
