★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experince. I toke an appointment for a consultation, it went very well, and they even do follow up calls. I toke another appointment with Dr.Fneiche for a 4 borders ingrown nail surgery. Dr. Fneiche is very professional and cares a lot about his patients. I fully recommend this clinic and Dr. Fneiche in particular.

I’ve been seen by several podiatrists over the span of ten years for my ingrown toenail problem, and Dr. Louana Ibrahim is by far the best, most talented, knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and courteous podiatrist ever. Her techniques are PAIN FREE and efficient. If I could give her a 10-star rating, I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NEVER seen a PRIVATE clinic owned by a doctor herself that cancels this much! Had my very first appointment with Dr Ibrahim (owner) moved the same morning of. Got called from a secretary literally 90min before my appointment. 24 hours before my rescheduled appointment, I get canceled again by the very same secretary who called the first time. I couldn't get upset because I heard the sincerity in her voice. I then requested to change doctor and obtained a rather "urgent" appointment because my to really started to hurt. I received my third appointment with a Dr Fnesche (possible incorrect spelling of last name). Appointment went rather well but his composure wasn't professional at all and seemed to not take the situation seriously. When someone else entered the office (yes, they knocked and was granted access), they started speaking Arabic or another similar language right in front of me which made me uncomfortable. Appointment was scheduled for 45minutes but actually took 25-30(MAX) minutes yet, I was charged a full consultation. He had a quite arrogant demeanor and gave caulky answers to my basic questions which I found rather insulting to my intelligence. Also, he was a little rough and left me in a great deal of pain. All this to say, I did not have a good experience at this clinic and will unfortunately seek out another, more professionally staffed clinic in my vicinity. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ibrahim is an excellent podiatrist. She is personable. She keeps up the latest techniques and treatments. Doesn’t keep you waiting. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Louana does a great job providing a precise diagnostic and thorough explanations. i strongly recommend her .

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there and got excellent feedback during my consultation. Dr. Ibrahim was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made a plan for me and answered any questions I had. I’m very happy I chose this downtown clinic from a google search for my foot issue. Thank you for helping me today!
