Quand ma gynéco n'était pas disponible pour faire mes suivis, une collègue prenait le relai et chaque fois, j'étais plus que bien encadré. J'ai apprécier mes suivis à cet endroit. Always had excellent service. When my gynecologist was not available to do my follow-up, a colleague took the relay and each time, I was more than well supervised. I appreciate my follow-ups here.

La deuxieme fois 1h30 pour avoir passée 5 min avec ma doc. Cest pour ca que j'ai enlevé 1 étoile. Il faut dire aussi que je suis arrivé 20 min d'avance en pensant que peut etre je passerai plus vite mais non. Jadore ma doc car elle m'a suivi à mon bb 2 et je la voulait pour bb 3. Je recommande dre Elise Monceau cest une perle rare. ?? Superb clinic. Clean with courteous and competent staff. The first time I went I waited 15 min in all. The second time 1h30 to have spent 5 min with my doc. That's why I removed 1 star. It must also be said that I arrived 20 minutes in advance thinking that maybe I will pass faster but no. C'est les 12 travaux d'Astérix, une vraie maison de fous! Très déçue par ce manque de savoir-vivre élémentaire pour une employée du service à la clientèle. The receptionist is downright bad mouth, she will answer anything if you call for information, and will tell you not to shock you if you follow his instructions but they change from one week to another and that you point it out to him. She always took a minute to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was reassured. Anytime she was not available, another OB in the office would take care of us and they were all great as well!
