J'ai compris, finalement a l'age de 31 ans qu'il existe un secret pour me remplir d'amour, car oui avant mon entrée j'avais un vide que je croyais impossible a remplir, mais grace a la maison du nouveau depart, graces au groupe de resident ainsi qu'aux staff, therapeute et aux cuisinier (clein d'oeille a Felix et Francois) que le secret pour me remplir d'amour est tout simplement de redonner a l'autre avec gentilless et amour. J'ai de la gratitude pour la vie envers le centre et sont equipes de reves (Dream team)

The Secret Of Kindness
I finally understood, at the age of 31, that there is a secret to filling me with love, because yes before I entered I had a void that I thought impossible to fill, but thanks to the new house departure, thanks to the group of residents as well as the staff, the therapist and the cooks (a nod to Felix and Francois) that the secret to filling me with love is simply to give back to others with kindness and love. I have gratitude for life towards the center and are dream team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOL these people said I needed 24/7 surveillance because of a little depression I had. My mom was desperately trying to help me at the time (I was 16). It was at that point I realized what was going on here. They told me I had to choose on the spot and I said no. These people take advantage of people in distress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinique Nouveau Depart' has all the right intentions it speaks of. The therapists are really dedicated to their work. My therapist Gill is and was a fantastic influence on me. The regular staff worked hard, but I am sorry to say, for the most part, they were understaffed on the living quarters unit. When their was a client needed more attention than most, the other client suffered greatly. For the moneys paid for treatment there, this is unacceptable. The Doctor wasn't keeping up with his files. My blood pressure was reported at 80 over 60 one day. Also I put a request to see him. He never noticed it. It went unnoticed for a whole week. Finally I was getting weaker and weaker and asked to see him again. He didn't see me that day. I caught him that evening leaving for home and he agreed to see me the next morning. That night I refused the medication I felt was causing the problem. I was feeling better by morning. I saw him in the morning and an other drug was miss-prescribed by him. After that I was soon slated for leaving and did not rely on his medical advice anymore. Overall the clinic is overpriced and seems to be more interested in its bottom line at present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an English speaking Quebecer. I called them because they said they were bilingual. As it turns out they give papers in English, but their group therapy is only done in french.
I went along with it and asked if i could still go theough the program even though I wouldnt understand. I asked how i could go through the program then? It was terrible, if they deny anything on this review I will post my whole conversation with them that I have in writing.
BTW The detox is 7-10 days at $1000.00 daollars a day to share a room with another stranger....
Heres what they said about pricing for their recovery program , the detox is seperate.
Inpatient programs last 6 weeks and costs 690$ per day. Private rooms are 50$ more per day and executive rooms ar 125$ more per day and include the following:
- Group therapies (daily)
- Individual therapy (once or twice a week)
- Medical and psychometric assessment
- Medical supervision
- Personal physical training
- Massage therapy
- All meals and snacks
- Medical follow up
An aftercare follow-up of 12 months is included; is it a group therapy on Tuesdays or Thursday from 6pm to 8pm.
The total is 28 980$ in a double room
I'll stop there but I have the whole text, it was very unprofessional. They do not offer English programs like they are falsely saying they do.

I only have the best of the best things to say about Nouveau Depart. I will always be grateful to them. The staff are angels and they see the person behind the hurt. I truly am baffled by the bad reviews.
