No one care about your call, if you are so lucky they will pic the call and forget about appointment. Should have Black Strat or zero start option for this. I can say no use of walk in. Rude behaviour of front desk support staff.

I am thankful to Dr. Marie Laurence! We called the Clinic on a Sunday morning after waiting all night at x hospital in a emergency room. Fortunately, they made an appointment for the next hour. And Dr. Marie gave us over 40mins to understand, examine and diagnose my 4 year little one. We are fully satisfied with the treatment and my daughter recovered next day. She also gave us free follow-up. Do not go with the comments, the staff at reception are very polite and helpful. The premises are clean and dynamic. We will consult them whenever necessary without a second thought.

I have attempted to call to make an appoitment on several different occasions. Unfortunately, the minimum waiting time is an hour if not more. Today, I have been waiting on the line for nearly an hour and I just got the message "All curcuits are busy now" and the line cut... It gets to be very discouraging when you need to consult and you are unable to get a hold of someone on the phone. At this point, I am at a loss along with feeling very discouraged with this clinic's service.

The receptionists are very rude and they don't care at all when you call to book an appointment. I read many complains for the the receptionists, it is a shame that nobody is taking care about the impolite customer care!

I am happy with my family doctor but the receptionist I dealt with today was rude and had a bad attitude! This is very unfortunate! I also experienced that the reception was not organized and made mistakes on appointments.

Update: It has been 6 months, still no call back. Unfortunately, they had to cancel my appointment. I appreciate that they called me to inform me that the Doctor would not be in on that day. However, I was never able to call them back to reschedule the appointment as no one is answering the phone. I have been waiting for 2h 14 minutes just today to try to schedule an appointment with the Doctor (which they had to cancel). I understand that everyone is short-staffed. However, they should invest in their infrastructure (online) to at least allow people to book their appointments when the clinic cancels them. Please call me back so I can reschedule my appointment with my dr.

Front Reception; I didn’t even get my foot in the door to see the nurse at this clinic. The person told me my appointment was cancelled early in the morning WITHOUT being notified or given something as simple as a call. The receptionists are very unaccommodating and unpleasant. They did nothing and offered no solution to help me and just told me to find a CLSC on my own. A recommendation would have at least saved my last ounce of patience with this clinic. Such A big waste of energy and time

I have been to this clinic twice in the last six months, as it is very very close to my new apartment, and both times I left very satisfied. I saw both of the GP's, and they were both great, especially Dr.Mark. However, the receptionists are very unaccommodating and rude. Just this morning I called to see if there was availability for an appointment/to walk-in and she very bluntly told me that if I didn't have family doctor at this location I would not be able to go there anymore. Apparently this is a provincial policy (no idea if its true???) but when I told her I don't have a family doctor she said "go sign up for one" to which I responded "I signed up a year ago and am still waiting - I just need to see a doctor". But she kept repeating the same thing, with a lot of sighs in between. I ended up hanging up - feeling annoyed and, frankly, disregarded as a person. How can I, someone who doesn't HAVE a family doctor, not walk into a WALK IN CLINIC that is 50 feet from my house? I am very disappointed. I genuinely enjoyed going to this clinic, and the standard of care was the best I've had (when it comes to the doctors). If it were up to me this WOULD be where my family doctor is. But now I am stuck, unable to see a doctor for a non-emergent issue, and with no information on what to do next. Very, very frustrating.
