call multiple times and do not answer the phone, they only use fax as a means of receiving the request with no emailing ways to send them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience today. I met with a female staff of Asian descend. she was very disrespectful to me. she was very agitated and angry while talking to me all the time. I thought as patients we have the right to be treated in more respected way. I will try to place a formal complain since she is not suppose to do that, let alone not answer any of my voice mails. She should have done better job in dealing with patients and parents of patient
