Everything from taking covid precautions to doing the topography was going well. But when I came to see the lady doctor, it had completely changed. The doctor was disrespectual. Couldn't ask any questions without her interrupting me. She didn't even know I had done a topography. Basically a waste of time. Wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

First off, way too much people inside those tight spaces for a pandemic situation. Waiting chairs are way too close, you just feel compressed into others. But the biggest deal here is the quality of the service offered by the doctor. It just makes you feels like another number. She comes in and just storms through your files and signs a paper and when you ask questions, you only gets generic answers. Just awful experience. Never going back there!

Very disappointing experience. On my 8th month of pregnancy i had to call 4 times after sending referral from my doctor and waiting several days. Every time they promised to call back but never did as they just didn't know what to answer. When I arrived there were too many people during pandemic. They made me run 3 times from 1st floor to the 3rd and back. When I finally saw a doctor waiting around for 40 mins, he provided me just 4 minutes of his time for a check. I had this type of vision check before and it took the other doctors around 20-25 mins to make sure all is good. After nobody gave me the results of this check and nobody even try to send it to my doctor. I had to call them several times again asking to send the results to my doctor with whom i already had 2 appointments without this results. It was weird as they didn't even try to look at the referral for name and address i was the one looking for contact information. And when finally it was send to my doctor and i asked to look at it I saw several mistakes and lack of data. Very unprofessional.

I had an appointment last year at Bellevue Longueuil and waited for 2 hours. On July 30th, I had an appointment at Bellevue Montreal at 8am and was told that my appointment was 8-8.30 am. I was given absolutely no instructions on the phone regarding the appointment. At 8.45am when I enquired what time the doctor was expected, the technician who had dilated my eyes tells me that she is not the doctor’s wife and so wouldn’t know, the doctor will come when he comes, and that I am not the only person waiting. Completely unprofessional! Fortunately, I had asked my husband to drive me. I had no prior information that my eyes were to be dilated. I have told my optician that this is one of the worst places to refer a patient to. Unprofessional and poor communication with an ophthalmologist who has zero patient rapport. Your service stops the minute you swipe our credit cards.

Amazing doctors and support staff. Was able to get an emergency appointment when my specialist was away, and I was seen the same day. A very professional, well run clinic.

Though all the professionals that handled my eye exam were good there is a lack of customer service in this place. It was my first time and nobody says anything to you. Except "Take a seat." Maybe a little explanation of what will happen would be nice. After the first step at the first floor you have to go up another flight. It took a very long time waiting at the third floor to get the photo images. Almost an hour sitting there with eyes dilated. The woman doing the photo images, when finished, said to go back where I was before. I said: "Where?" as I didn't know and nobody says anything. The woman doing the photo imaging said well go back where you were before in a sarcastic tone. Which meant back to the second floor. I was pretty mad about that I must say. I don't ever want to return to this place and will have to find another place for next time. The reception is useless and not welcoming. The place is overbooked. I notice the whole thing is messed up when you phone. All you get is recordings handling you. When they call you three times in a row to confirm appointment nothing with their automation works. The place is robotic and confusing. Never again. Again, no customer service what so ever. Revolving door operation. Again, they over book.
