About For Sight Vision Centre
Dr. Brandin Gwinner is a newly registered optometrist in Alberta and British Columbia. She was born and raised right here in Drumheller. She went to pursue her undergraduate education starting at Red Deer College and finishing at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, where she received her Bachelor of Biological Science and Bachelor of Secondary Education. She completed her final teaching practicum at the local DVSS, where she once attended as a student. Dr. Gwinner achieved her Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry of Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, California. She has returned to Drumheller to be closer to family and friends, and is excited to be back home to jumpstart her optometry career. She is known for being very outgoing, and loves traveling the world, exploring new food/drink, staying active, and socializing with new people. Dr. Gwinner provides comprehensive eye exams, diabetic and ocular health assessments, fittings for hard and soft contact lenses, emergency services, and referrals/co-management with ophthalmology for specialty services like cataract or laser refractive surgeries. New developments Dr. Gwinner is considering bringing to For Sight are anti-fatigue and/or myopia control contact lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place went in August 9 followed by multiple return vists .get a call from them October 29 saying the lenses dont fit the frames .i was working in hanna job ended October 31 which i told them from the get go tammy told my benefits company i did not puck up the glasses which is kinda hard when they never got made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into For Sight Vision Centre for a problem that suddenly occured in my left eye. The staff were very kind and professional and took me in immediately. After a number of state of the art tests I saw Dr. R. Milkovich. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Milkovich's treatment. She was thoroughly professional, she ensured I understood what she was telling me. She told me what danger signs to watch for and which hospitals I should go to in an emergency. She was also very kind. I would recommend her and the centre for any eye health issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Sight Vision Centre hoping they'd be able to help refit a pair of glasses not bought from them (actually bought in the UK before I moved over here). They were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful and I could not appreciate this more. My glasses feel much better on now/are not longer uncomfortable. I thought their willingness to assist me despite my glasses not being from there was fantastic service, and when I am next due optical testing and a change of glasses they'll be my first stop.
Thank-you for helping me and being so welcoming and trouble-free about it.

I emailed to inquire about my insurance coverage and Amanda made sure to get everything, from my exam to a new pair of glasses, approved before I ever came into the office.
Macie was the optometrist that saw to me, and when I mentioned an issue I had had about a month before the appointment she took extra time to do an additional test to make sure everything was healthy with my eyes.
Thank you to everyone at For Sight for an amazing first visit, and I look forward to seeing you all again for my next check-up.
