★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor I saw, Abe, was not helpful. I went to get my leg looked at because it has a lump in it and I cant walk, he told me it was a bone in my leg (he was trying to tell me it was my tibia :/ ). It was a liquid, squishy lump..... He then gave me a pain pill subscription and an x-ray for a potential soft tissue damage(you cannot see soft tissue on an x-ray). no ticketing system, staff are rude and over worked/ undertrained.... go to another city if you need health care because Ottawa is falling apart. this clinic is evidence of that.
