J'aurais aimé que le service après vente s'assure que tout était parfait avant d'envoyer la facture. Je comprends qu'ils sont débordés mais c'est tout de même un achat très important. J'ai quelques petites choses non réglées qui restent à faire. I received prompt service for submission and installation. On the other hand, I found that the installation was not up to my expectations. I would have liked the after sales service to make sure everything was perfect before sending the invoice. I understand they are overwhelmed but it is still a very important purchase. I have a few unresolved little things that still need to be done.
