★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 étoiles pour la pire compagnie d'entretien dair climatisé, le rendez vous était à 17h00, ils sont arrivés a 21h45, tu les appels pour des questions, jamais capable e leur parlé et la boîte vocale est toujours pleine, ça ma coûté 300$ et il ne m'ont jamais réglé de problème, BEL GANG DE CAVE LA BAS
 5 stars for the worst air conditioning maintenance company, the appointment was at 5:00 p.m., they arrived at 9:45 p.m., you call them for questions, never able to speak to them and the voicemail is always full, it cost me $ 300 and they never solved a problem for me, BEL GANG DE CAVE LA BAS

Aucun rappel ni le vendredi, ni le lundi. Aucun retour d'appel à mes 3 appels de suivi. Cette entreprise est une perte de temps. Allez ailleurs.
Non-serious business. Scheduled me an appointment either on Friday or Monday telling me he was going to give me a time slot before the appointment. No reminders on Fridays or Mondays. No call back to my 3 follow up calls. This business is a waste of time. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous venons de nous faire installer une thermopompe multizone avec 2 têtes intérieures par le groupe Sanyair et nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de leur service. L'expérience a été agréabable du début à la fin, de notre première discussion lors de la visite de Sammi jusqu'à l'installation finale faite par Kevin et Maxime, des techniciens hyper compétents, polyvalents, attentionnés, polis, ouverts aux idées et qui donnent leur 200% pour qu'on soit satisfaits. Nous avons été bien renseignés pour prendre les meilleures décisions selon nos besoins. L'équipe d'installation est venue une semaine après la première visite pour la soumission. Nos techniciens ont réalisé tous les travaux en moin d'une journée, et tout a été fait dans la propreté, la bonne humeur et le professionalisme. De plus Sanyair utilise des appareils de première qualité, modernes, performants et silencieux. Nous recommandons fortement les services de Sanyair.
EDIT : Après plusieurs mois d'installation nous avons présentement des problèmes avec notre demande de remboursement offert par le programme d'Hydro-Québec. Hydro-Québec refuse de nous rembourser notre 745$ pour nos deux unités intérieures car le modèle de thermopompe que nous avons fait installer n'est pas sur leur "liste" d'admissibilité. Nous en sommes très déçus. Et Sanyair n'avait pas le choix d'installer ce modèle (DLCMRA) car c'est le seul qui supporte le multi-zone. Hydro-Québec n'approuve pas ces modèles. Ils approuvent seulement les modèles DLCSRA qui supportent uniquement le mono-zone. Ce qui est absurde mais tout-de-même un point à considérer et vérifier lors de votre choix de thermopompe.
We have just had a multizone heat pump with 2 interior heads installed by the Sanyair group and we are extremely satisfied with their service. The experience was pleasant from start to finish, from our first discussion during Sammi's visit to the final installation made by Kevin and Maxime, super competent, versatile, caring, polite technicians, open to ideas and who give their 200% so that we are satisfied. We have been well informed to make the best decisions according to our needs. The installation team came a week after the first visit for submission. Our technicians carried out all the work in less than a day, and everything was done with cleanliness, good humor and professionalism. In addition Sanyair uses top quality, modern, efficient and silent aircraft. We highly recommend the services of Sanyair.
EDIT: After several months of installation we are currently having problems with our reimbursement request offered by the Hydro-Quebec program. Hydro-Quebec refuses to reimburse us for our $ 745 for our two indoor units because the heat pump model we had installed is not on their "list" of eligibility. We are very disappointed with it. And Sanyair did not have the choice to install this model (DLCMRA) because it is the only one that supports multi-zone. Hydro-Québec does not approve these models. They only approve DLCSRA models which only support mono-zone. Which is absurd, but still a point to consider and verify when choosing a heat pump.

I have been attempting (phone+e-mail) unsuccessfully to get in touch with ANYONE at Sanyair. Are they still in business?
