★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely perfect. I hadn't used a service like this before and I was not sure what to expect. I started off using the online chat with Samantha. She answered a bunch of questions for me. Next I filled out the online form and attached the necessary documents. Within a few minutes there was a response from Tyler that someone was working through my items. Nex there were some questions from Justin posted in the chat which I answered. When everything was done I was sent the necessary paperwork to pick up my shipment. I loved the chat interface and the responsiveness of the team. Couldn't have been a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clear it took over a week to provide customs charges after receiving the arrival notice, and they took way to long to provide wireing instructions and then took days to check if the wire has been received even with the IMAD # provided would never consider using them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to bring a shipment across the border but for some reason it kept getting rejected Clearit stated they were not the correct broker.
I left 3 voice messages with Clearit's customer service to see what the issue was & never received a call back. Had to contact another broker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I work with Clearit. In this time they completed the custom clearance for 20 feet container. They gave me a good advises in collecting the required documents from my suppliers and they are completed the custom clearance on the time in a professional way. They are the best custom clearance company in Canada. They are working online and they gave me the best price. I really recommend this company for any one wants to make a custom clearance even though he/she doesn't have an experience in importing products before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not received responses from the agents for four days. Before that I was contacted by one agent (Tyler), who did not explain properly which papers to be provided, then by another one (Michelle), then, after I had provided the required papers, by the assistant of the second agent, who called me and asked to call FEDEX to appoint Clearit as my broker. Then, by the end of the day, he called me again to tell that FEDEX did not send them what's needed (he waited to tell this for 3 hours, so it'd be the end of their working day. I contacted Fedex again, and they send the papers again. It was 4 days ago; since then I have not heard from Clearit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They may have great services, but I wouldn't know, because I couldn't use them. Wasn't a very good experience, though. They allowed me to get 3/4 of the way through the process of a clearance, so Power of Attorney signed, credit card on file, the whole thing. Then told me they couldn't import my shipment because one of the products contains dairy. This was a complete waste of time for me. So if you're looking to import food products, this isn't the company for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost did not choose Clearit because there were a number of bad reviews. However, given the choice between paying them $49.95 or paying the courier $275 in fees, I decided to give them a try.
The process was very easy, and in less than an hour after creating an account and uploading the documents, my package was cleared. The fees were almost exactly what I was told they would be, except for an additional $15 fee for SWI (formerly OGD). It would have been nice to have a better explanation of this fee, both before and after the process, but this is a minor issue. I am still much further ahead using Clearit.
I am very satisfied, and would definitely use Clearit again.
