★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first 3 appointments did not go well - they were either late (by 40 minutes) or just didn't show up. However, after I sent them an email about the no-show, their customer service quickly called me and apologized. The next few appointments were taken care of by Brendow and he is great! Young hardworking man. His team and he did a great job with the pressure washing for my yard and the cleaning for my glass awning. He was always checking in to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
To summarize, we had a rocky start with Clean Break but in the end, they did a great job. The latter part of my experience was great, would have given 5 stars but had to deduct one star for the first few appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy to endorse this very professional and courteous business. We had nearly 300" of fence and pergola cleaned, prepped and stained with 2 coats. It turned out fantastic, and the quality of the service and end results are outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sale service is non existing. No promised gutter pictures. Emails and call had no followup. Skylights were like a 8 second cleaning with only water, can still see lots of spots on them after. The windows cleaning was ok, ~ 5 second cleaning. Nothing with a mesh which was not previously communicated, the price/quantity remained the same on final invoice, i have less non mesh window panels then in estimate. Presale service was great, they came when they said, squeeze in early asap, the two worker was friendly Hence not 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to call them to get an estimate for the past 2 weeks. Receptionist said they would get Shauna to call me back the same day to arrange a time. No response at all.
Called and left messages multiple times and never heard back
Disappointing experience considering I used them previously last year and had no problems back then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried them twice. First time was to clean the gutters of a fairly new house so the job was fairly easy and we were happy with the result. The second time around was to clean the gutters of an older house, both inside and outside. The inside was left with debris as the rain water was still flowing out of the gutters and not the downspouts. The outside was left with dirt marks and mosses. After number of back and forth, they offered a negligible discount and we decided to settle the invoice and take our future business elsewere. As a customer, it’s not my job to “convince” them of their lack of work rather they need to convince me of their quality of work and customer services which they failed.
RE Owner’s Response- again, as a customer I need to convince them of their lack of performance. I have emailed you with some pictures of the deficiencies back in November and got a response in April after our phone conversation. The water was flowing out of the gutters and not the downspouts back in November. Your tech mentioned to you that he wasn’t able to fully clean them (quoting your text message).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time using the team at Clean Break Home Services and they did an excellent job of cleaning our gutters. They were prompt, polite, and professional - and provided before and after photos of the finished job. They also tacked up a square of wire mesh to cover a small hole in the soffits to keep some curious birds out. And when we decided on the spur of the moment to have them clean the windows as well, they had no problem with quoting and completing our request on the spot. Great work! Highly recommend!
