Will probably see a whole bunch of - we tried to work with you support after this review....but the e mail support I have is - lets say - not supportive - my car suffered damage due to their driver assigned; not knowing what he was doing. My car is damaged, and they are unresponsive to proper repair, video anything this company touches for your own best interest, or best yet - have another company handle your vehicle with professionalism and knowledge to their profession. Would not recommend to anyone requiring help or assistance.

I went with my boyfriend to pick up his car and as we were about to leave, we noticed a scratch on the side. Not only did the workers of this establishment blame me for the scratch, they proceeded to belittle me, spoke with the upmost disrespect and animosity, and cussed out my boyfriend and I amongst themselves, right infront of our faces. I have never been so disrespected at any establishment in my life, and from the many 1 star reviews I've noticed, I can see a general trend with the individuals that work here. This company does not even deserve 1 star. If I could give them no stars, I would.

On the morning of, I called at 0945 to find out how much longer it would be and was told that late afternoon would be the earliest. I then called Central Towing and had a tow truck here within the hour.
