★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst ever place I've ever seen, Dispatch and Safety department don't cooperate with each other.
Dispatchers are unable to take decisions of driver's forwarded problems and no knowledge about how truck and tractors run and works, they just love sitting on chair and believe that whatever has happened in the past will only repeat in future. If any thing new has happened driver is responsible for that. They are completely stuck at certain level with negative thinking.
Safety department's head Chuck Walker says all the time " I don't trust drivers and I don't trust dispatchers". These are his pet words and he keeps repeating these magical words all the time and to all the drivers visiting his office.
He wishes to know even a minor and least important things but has no solutions to them. he is just like living on computer data only. To my observation he never bothered himself to go and look at their equipments physically and verify drivers complaints.
Throughout the day their is nobody to help drivers for the issues with their equipments.
Guys beware of this inexperienced, chair lovers staffed company and strictly stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an incident with one of their truck drivers yesterday on Hwy 401. Sent an email to advise of the driver's behavior. The response was swift and I appreciate Chuck calling me back and taking a moment out of his busy day to advise that the matter is being looked into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been there in my life. Every time I go to Hunt containers, you suggest that I've been to Wilson. When I say I haven't been to Wilson you asked if I've been to ultra Depot there a mile away. How is it that you are suggesting that I went to a place a mile away?
There are lots of other businesses within that mile that you could suggest I've been to, but for some strange reason you are selecting this particular business.
