β β β β β I feel like snow removal companies only receive bad reviews these days, so I thought I would chip in my 5 stars. Today was the first snowfall of the year and despite it being a Saturday and everyone on lockdown, they literally arrived the moment the snow tapered off and the City crews cleared our street. They did a fantastic (clean and crisp) job respecting our vehicles in the lane and the lawn. We were impressed to say the least. Wow, what a far cry from those cold no-shows of Metro Snow & ice lol!

β β β β β Very poor customer service, had someone come to my sight, and till a month later still waited to hear back from them for an estimate, called twice and both times was told I was going to get a call back.
Ended up going with another amazing company and took away a 25k job I was willing to pay for. If you're too busy, just let people know... waisted time.

They are very professional, accurate in their quote, they show up on time and do some of the best interlocking work I've ever see. Joe, Carm and his crew are an absolute A+

It all started with Joe designing everything and then the team putting what i saw on paper to reality! Classic Interlock was worth the wait as the attention to detail from A to Z was second to none!! Thank you Classic for helping me enjoy my backyard!!! Especially during these times.

β β β β β I rarely write reviews but felt compelled after Classic Interlock put the finishing touches on our family's new backyard oasis. Once the pandemic broke, we made the decision to install an in ground pool and decided to have Classic complete all the stonework and let me tell you, its one of the best decisions we've made. Joe came to visit and we put a plan together on paper that looked amazing. I then decided to make changes to the original plan probably 2 or 3 times afterwards. Joe was more than happy to accommodate while providing new drawings/quote within just a day or two.
Once installation day came, his team lead by site foreman Carm, came in like an army and got to work! They spent eight maybe nine days here in total arriving every day by 7:30 a.m. The group of guys were very hard working, meticulous to detail & always professional. During the install I continued to make changes that Carm easily facilitated and was able to coordinate without any hiccups while providing recommendations based on his experience.
In the end Classic completed my entire back yard to a beautiful space my family will enjoy for years. We could not be any happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Joe and his team to complete any interlocking work you are considering....they are simply the best!

β β β β β I rarely write reviews but I am extremely fed up with the way we have been treated.
we signed a contract in Sept 2020 and in May 2022, there is still no action on our patio.
We inquired many many times in the 2021 season and was ignored. In 2022, he only came to demand a price increase of 13% of our original price, which was listed in the contract. We have settled on a much higher price than our original, on the condition that work starts soon but it has been weeks and they have still not arrived.
Understandably, prices have increased in two years, but this delay is fully their fault and we have lost a full year of enjoying our patio.
I will consider updating this review if I find better service, whenever it actually happens.

β β β β β Incredibly impressed with the interlock deck and stairs Classic Interlock installed for us. They were meticulous in their work, the stones are very well laid out, even and level. The quality of worksmanship is visibly superior. They were also very efficient and hard working. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
