Gopher it Deliveries

I absolutely LOVE Gopher It and their team. My business has been working with them for years, and we would not have our local operations be nearly as smooth without their support.

This is an update to the review we left for Gopher It 10 months ago. We have continued to use Gopher It for all our local deliveries. As a local Ottawa law firm, we require a reliable courier service that we can depend on for quick, professional service... a courier service willing to go the extra mile when required. We have found that service with Jenn & Josh Hayward and the Gopher It team. Very satisfied. We have recently used Gopher It delivery services twice to deliver to 20 destinations in a tight time frame. They provided great, easy service with no worries and good communication. Highly recommend.

A bit late on my review but WOW. Excellent service! I got stuck in another city due to the pandemic and gopher helped me out so much, picked up my belongings from my apartment and shipped them to my family, despite the many complications the building management threw our way. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if I am ever in the Ottawa area.

I had a *Ghanaian Xylophone Emergency* (really, what other sort of emergency is there nowadays?), and Gopher It really and truly delivered! Super simple ordering process, friendly service, and incredible efficiency at a very affordable rate for rush service - it was about an hour from the time I made the call to the time I received my delivery! I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and they will be the first courier I call in the future.

I recently used Gopher it Deliveries for an emergency (time-sensitive) scheduled pick-up and drop-off and I was so impressed by their services! The individual who initially answered the phone (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name) was so kind and was very patient with me - she made sure to answer all of my questions (I had a lot...) and really simplified the whole process. Their rates are also very reasonable, which is an added bonus. Just an overall excellent customer experience. I highly recommend using their services!

I used to LOVE Gopher it. Unfortunately this company is no longer someone I can support. Over the last year they have gone downhill. I started having to double check my invoices as something didn't add up. (they were automatically billing me) Over a period of two months they overcharged me almost $250.00. I resolved this with the manager at the time and removed the automatic billing. I opted to review all invoices prior to them billing us which they agreed to. Unfortunately the this lasted about a month. During this time I continued to find discrepancies. After a few weeks, the new owner just billed me automatically despite not having my approval. I did not approve the charges as once again there were discrepancies and overcharging. The new owner Sharon has gone MIA and will not answer the phone or respond to over 7 emails I've sent asking her to reverse the charges as they are not accurate. That's just the internal stuff, Now to deliveries. Deliveries continued to take longer and longer, Staff show up in their pyjamas to pick up and do not handle product with care and have returned items broken that they clearly dropped. If you ask for 1 our rush it takes hours on end to get the product delivered. They are extremely unreliable. My last delivery two weeks ago took over 8 hrs to deliver. I paid for a 3 hr service. When you call to ask what's going on, they just blame you and tell you that they're busy. One employee showed up to deliver a package for us wearing "F*ck You" hat. Keep in mind I service customers with children. I have tried time and time again to work with them and give chances, but it has gone beyond unacceptable. I would not recommend Gopher to Anyone!
