Pada Landscaping

I remember we went for the sodding services last summer. As far as my kids are concerned, it was nothing short than a miracle for them (the way sodding takes place is very interesting)  :D We were completely satisfied with the services and would rather recommend it to all who wish to beautify the exterior land of their house.

They have been really innovative with our exterior (new lawn and driveway). Pada landscaping is good and better than others because I think they don’t take their customers for granted. With the help of highly professional staff in service, they are actually very serious with their business . Keep rocking, You guys are the best (Y)

There was a basic disagreement between me and my wife regarding residential landscaping earlier (she is crazy about landscaping). I never found it a very great idea. A year ago she met Pada people and went for a fresh look. Initially, I was not convinced about the idea but later on I realized that it is a good option. You know it’s good for your kids and their health. Thanks group for the service and understanding.

Dave and his landscaping team did a fantastic job re-sodding my parents front yard. The front lawn was in rough shape before we chose Pada Lanscaping to lay new sod and create a rock garden. The entire process was seamless from the moment Dave quoted the job to arranging a date to complete the work to his follow up within days, weeks, and even months. The team was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the price was very competitive compared to other ottawa landscapers. Top-notch work. In addition to the beautiful end product and the good price was the meticulous attention-to-detail paid in order to make sure our (very sloped) land was properly smoothed, graded, and prepared for the stones, not to mention the care that went into choosing and placing each stone.

We are very happy with the results of the work carried out by this company. We redid our driveway and an interlock pathway, including an extension to the back deck. We also had a fence repaired, a bush replaced and some repairs made to a garden bed wall. We were impressed with the service as there was so much attention paid to details ensuring the best possible finished product. Moreover, the owner has established a wide-ranging network of contacts allowing him to solve any unforeseen problems.

Magic is the word for them :) My experience with Pada landscaping has been exceptional good. Landscaping is a labor intensive work and I think not everybody is capable of doing it. We went for residential sodding and the best part about the entire experience was the quickness in work. The work was done in time and that too with sheer perfection. Kudos people!

Horrible end to a good start. I had sod and driveway done with interlock trim down the driveway. At the beginning it was all help and about the customer, great customer experience and pricing was fair. He started the job as requested, within a couple weeks, and worked diligently. Things turned for the worse when he made a mistake on the driveway and as a paying customer I asked to get it fixed. He did the driveway paving late at night after another job first therefore the asphalt was not as hot, he could not see and he ran out of asphalt. The end of the driveway dipped down lower right before the curb and water pooled at the end. Not only that, but the rolling was a terrible job and left ridges in the driveway. He started pushing back saying I was overreacting and it was not a big deal. I was obviously not happy with the result so asked that it get fixed. Begrudgingly he ripped up part of the driveway and redid the end as well as cutting down the curb a bit to fix the draining issue. He used a compactor instead of the roller, which now the part he patched was compressed differently and pieces were flaking off. I was expressing my concerns when he started to push back and kept saying the original work was done and he pushed to be paid. I was not willing to pay until my concerns were addressed. Without notice he filed to put a lien against my property to push for payment even though I was well within a 28 days of what he felt was a completed job. He broke stones down the side of my house when he drove his machine in the backyard for the lawn work. As he caused the damage, he said he would replace it. He could not find the same stones so attempted to use another stone I had extra that did not match. I was not happy so provided a compromise that instead of him buying all new stones at his cost down that side that he use one from the other side and replace it with another design I had (this this was lower traffic area). He was careless with the work and did not fill the extra river stone around the patio stone as full as I had been asking. He damaged work in the front garden and did not return it the same so I had to ask him to fix it again. I asked the lawn to be raised in certain areas but he did not do it, this was something I had to go out and correct. He pushed back on every decision we had to make to make his job easier. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. He is rude, an oppressor and not a professional. Do not hire this company or individual for any job.
