Peaceful in winter, with some cross country skiing through the forest. Flatter than some York Region Forests. Just across McCowan from the Dainty Tract if you prefer a long walk. Part of the Oak Ridges Trail.

Beautiful trail. Though it’s now all ice. Better wait for a few more days

Easy trail and good for walking your dogs. After finished this trail, you can cross the road to visit the Dainty tract.

Great trail! Love that it l8nks up with a sand dune area. When i went the milk weed was seeding and these danty white tufts were dancing in the wind. Some interesting finds too. Found an old run down dune buggy, random sand circle and plenty of room for dogs to run!

This is another trail with much tree covering as well, which is nice for a sunny day. The trail is quite flat, quite suitable for toddlers, and it's stroller-friendly. However, one drawback is that there is no customer parking for this trail, which is a bit less convenient. Yet, it has quite nice scenery here. It has more butterflies than other trails. But the numbers of mosquitoes are also more as well.

Pretty nice trails for all seasons. Shares prarking lot with Dainty tract across the street which will park about 10 cars. This is part of the York Regional Forrest Trails system but there's no significant sign and trail map. The area is abou 68 acres which is bigger than Dainty Tract across the street and have more complex side trails.
