★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty, authentic high tea. High quality food and all made from scratch. One of the best high teas in the lower mainland. Owner and staff are wonderful. Definitely worth the drive and only a couple of blocks from the beach. Have tea and a walk one afternoon, you'll be glad you did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really lovely Afternoon Tea here and the price is reasonable ($35). Especially enjoyed the variety of sandwiches. There was plenty of food and we ended up taking quite a bit home. Service was attentive; the tea pot was constantly refilled! Will definitely go again.

So many teas to choose from, a decent selection of herbal as well and our individual tea pots were refilled often.
Friend had the squash soup and it was lovely and thick.
Homemade everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dined here multiple times since 2016 and lately a few times with the current owner. It's a real treat to dine here for high tea. Food has been consistently well made and presented and service has been outstanding. Salads have always been super fresh. The desserts are rotating and always a little different than the previous time. I can never seem to leave without purchasing a couple bags of their loose tea which I can't find anywhere else locally. Parking has been easy to find outside on the street. Love Clancy's Tea Cozy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute little shop for high tea. The finger foods were delicious. I especially enjoyed the scones and the brie and pear sandwiches. The tea was delicious, I had the Scottish Toffee, and the service was great - they were nice enough to let us move from a middle room table to the window booth once it emptied out. I would definitely recommend coming down for a spot of tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a lunch outing with my young daughter and we both loved this place. She kept saying how relaxing it was and how cozy she felt.
We especially loved the scones, which were fresh out of the oven. And we devoured all of the savoury sandwiches. Loved the pear and Brie one! Didn’t have room left for the sweets, but we wrapped those up to go and finished them at home.
Will be back for sure!
