Very good doctors & nurse practitioners etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website says open to 5pm daily. We drove for 35 minutes to get there at 110pm only to be told ,they are not open. Daily hours are 730am to 1230pm. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello my name is Joyce Moore, I have been waiting for a new hip 3 years now, I am at the point i CANNOT walk more then 10 feet, i use a wheel chair and a cane,lots of meds and very strong ones at that , but nothing helps the pain,My Surgen is \shakman in Guelph , hr told me last june 29 that i needed the new hip,THIS IS NO QUALITY OF LIFE TO BE IN PAIN 24/7 , i HAVE PHONED the DRs office and most time i do not get a call bACK, I by the way i;m 73 years old, HELP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly not faxing my prescriptions when I need them. This has happened three times now and I am so sick of it. Not to mention no matter what time you call you can never actually get anyone to pick up the stupid phone. Even though that is part of their job. Have called three times within the hour once and didn't get a person to pick up at all and only got a call back about three hours later. They are last and ridiculous and so frustrating to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly frustrating. This has been my doctors office since 2001 so I haven't wanted to switch away from my family doctor and honestly, I love my family doctor. Its the staff I have a problem with. They DO NOT fax you your prescriptions. I have had shoppers fax them 3 times in 3 weeks and we still have not received a filled prescription. Not to mention when you call them they don't answer. I have called 28 times in the last hour and have yet to talk to anybody. Last time shoppers faxed them to get a prescription renewed they sent it to a different place then where the fax came from, talk about unprofessional! Incredibly frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be better organized, I have been to other Life Labs. They are much faster and FAR better organized. This one you better be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. I feel with some simple changes, they would not have people waiting jammed into together. It may have just been the day and time I was there. The nurses I dealt were pleasant to a degree however I do NOT blame them, they are just trying their best to see that they get to everyone the best they can!
