About Clair de Lune Clinical Counselling
The French phrase for moonlight is ‘clair de lune’. There is a belief that the moon represents feminine energy, yin energy, heart energy. This is the part of ourselves that is so often undervalued and ignored but at Clair de Lune, we shed light on the intuitive and relational parts of ourselves. We work in a holistic fashion, look at the whole person, and offer an opportunity to observe, rest, and rebalance. When we notice how things feel, we gain access to our deepest self and begin to live life in a natural rhythm that rejuvenates and nourishes us.
