The whole experience was easy and fun. I didn’t expect for things to be so quick and great, but they were!

They make you comfortable try any kinds of dresses until you 'll find yours. They went that extra mile for make me happy. I felt like a little girl cuddled by her mother. It was unbelievable. For sure next time I will come here without wasting my time ELSEWHERE... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ended up putting a $1000 deposit down and after not even half hour out of the store I called and said I’m sorry but this isn’t the dress and I just felt pressured about picking one. Lady told me she would cancel the dress but she wouldn’t give me back my $1000 deposit back. I said I had just left her store not even half hour ago and she said she didn’t care and that was that and hung up on me. I’m a brand new mom and I’m just trying to plan a nice wedding during a pandemic. I really just want my deposit back so I can pay for my wedding but that doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Just want to warn any other bride not to go here and do not give them your money.

Tess was very candid and honest about my (now) wedding dress from another store and what an unbeatable deal it was, given my very tight student budget. Miranda also helped my friends and I on our next visit, and we appreciated the awesome customer service and honesty - gushed over it all the way home. High regards and respect for Tess and Miranda's services that put our needs first!

But they found me a dress and did all the alterations while staying in my budget while doing an amazing job. Very sweet and accommodating staff. Recommend to everyone!

They were super kind and sweet, I received so many compliments, and I felt super comfortable. They provided amazing service and assured me of any concerns I had. This gown shop was by far the best I’ve been to in Winnipeg. I never felt unwanted or judged at my time at CKLY. I was also able to get my gowns tailored there. They accepted both dresses even if one of the two weren’t purchased at their shop. Despite their packed and busy schedules, they were still so kind and were able to give me yet again the best service! I am super thankful that their able to make my requests happen just so I can have my debut photoshoot! However, I was saddened to hear that they were getting bad reviews because of their packed schedule. Let’s all keep in mind that it is getting warmer which means there will be events happening often (weddings, birthdays, etc) and it is grad season. We should be understanding and appreciate these ladies that work hard everyday even on their own time just to make your requests happen. CKLY you are the best and keep it up!❤️

This was the first place we stopped and my mom and I walked in to the most amazing and comforting welcome from Tammy. She was kind, friendly, honest, personable, and overall the absolute best. I saw this one beautiful gown and was hesitant to try it on but boy I was speechless when I tried it on. I felt beautiful for the first time in so long and Tammy made me feel so confident and assure of myself. My mom, Tammy, and the other workers were all so amazed of what the dress looked like on me and I just had to say yes. We were all in happy tears. This place gave me the best experience when shopping for a grad dress and I am so overjoyed and happy and I can’t wait to wear my dress for my 2022 graduation. My mom and I love you so much Tammy ❤️!!! This place deserves more than 5 stars!!!!Thank you, thank you , thank you.
