★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take pictures when you move in! They absolutely screw you on the move out and I mean on everything. They got us for the vent grates being loose (that we never touched) a couple areas that we never used having broken parts. Please be weary they seem nice but will screw you over when you move out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why there is no zero star. The manager has worst attitude. So rude and not professional.... she usually ignored phone call even if it is working time. And also if you are keep calling to the office, she will be angry.
If your unit has some serious problem(water leakage, bug..etc) , she is going to said it can be happen cuz you are living in apartment.
You can learn patience in this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ specifically suite i have rented for 2 years was completely renovated- granite kitchen , superclean washroom, new floring, heated parking, cheap laundry, clean coridor and nearby safeway and polo park.definately good choise for rent they ask.
staff is keep changing but some them are nice.really cunning on cutting security deposite charge impossible money for carpet and no matter how many time you pay rent on time last rent they scam you for late fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here about a year now, For the first couple of months I enjoyed my freshly renovated unit, That was until the pest started invading. Currently I have a mouse problem roaches are starting to show here and there, mind you I believe they are just passing through as I keep my house pretty clean. Bed bugs have always been an issue in the building but I have not experienced them until yesterday which is primarily why I'm making this post. The pool is really nice but good luck getting the key from management for it. I have gone down 3 times this summer and they have told me each time they're on order. They have a sauna but apparently it hasn't worked in 20. The central air they brag about on the website leaves a lot to be desired. The building manager they recently transferred was reasonable about dealing with your issues but they have not been able to keep anyone here for any length of time since she has left. This has resulted in the office being empty almost all day with nowhere to direct your issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nope nope nope. Renting here biggest mistake. Forget your deposit. They will charge you loads of money for 70's apartment. Almost other day they shut off water supply. Garage stalls are small, can't even park 2 SUV side by side. Rodent issue.
Laundry machines eats your money. Management simply doesn't care.
If leaving the apartment leave piles of garbage as they will never return your deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so pleased to see JAMIE return as Management for 666 St Jame St. For the past 2 years we have been very disappointed with past WRE Management showing lack of action, sense of caring and overall motivation in making sure the property was run and kept pristine as the location deserves. Ever since the return of JAMIE there has been an immediate culture swing. His Attention to detail, trust and willingness to make things happen for the betterment of its tenants and the property will inevitably help restore our faith and I'm sure the faith of it's tenants in WRE moving forward.
