The oysters, clams and mussels are always fresh, sweet and priced competitively. You will not be disappointed... They even give every client a lemon to go with your order. How kewl is that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sells old refrozen fish. I bought fish for the first time and it was horrible in smell and it literally disintegrated as I cooked if. This happens when you freeze old fish to resell it. Bad practise. I tried to get a credit note but manager was not interested. My first trip there and they do not honour their product.

The lady Barbra is one of the most helpful and accommodating in the industry. Iv worked with many suppliers and in comparison they making it such an easy process.
Ma and pa shops are a must, and these guys deserve every star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy fish. Friendly staff and an excellent selection of fish options. The crab is a bit pricey, but I think it is pricey everywhere. The staff are very knowledgeable and will give you recipe tips if you ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, very disappointed. Showed up today and picked up a dzn oysters and Sable fish( black cod). The oysters were acceptable. Nothing special, not particularly sweet - East coast. Raspberry point and Lucky lime. I've had the same if better quality locally. $1.50/shell. It's fine.
The Sable..... total disappointment. Wasn't foul smelling but not sweet. Some age in expecting. Au papier prepared. Complete break down of the fish. Mush and fishy. Not firm and flaky, with richness ( Sable is an oily delicate Northern cod) complete disappointment this fish was treated poorly or was old. Sold 45$ worth of junk.
Completely disappointed.
It's Tuesday. Not Monday. Fish should be fresh.
Have an eye when visiting.
Back to Diana's it is.
City fish.... I expected more.
