I called Sunny at City Air who sent Sylvio to look at my air conditioner. Sylvio arrived and explained my different options of which I decided to purchase a replacement unit. The work went well and my home is cold.

β β β β β My name is J Wright and I normally do not post a review (good or bad) usually for any business, however, I felt 100% compelled to post one for this business. I was attended by an employee named "Sylvio" who went above and beyond the call of duty on a service call to our home. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and was very empathetic and sympathetic to our needs and wants. I was very worried and concerned for my family and I when our 8 year old furnace was not producing heat. Sylvio said not to worry about it and that he would most likely have heat running throughout our home shortly. He advised he would have to look at our furnace, do his diagnostics and have a resolution in minutes for our dilemma. Thankfully It was not a major issue and the whole unit did not have to be replaced. Sylvio did not push a new unit on us and the minor part that needed to be replaced, he had out in his service truck. Trust me, when I say I would not have known any wiser, cause he was the fully trained, fully experienced, and fully licensed, specialist tradesman, not me. I am just glad he was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and very clean He cleaned up his mess with the help of his apprentice, Washington. I highly suggest and recommend you, your loved ones, family and friends call upon this company's service if ever in need. There are still good, honest, tradesman out there people. Trust me I know that now after Sylvio and Washington came to my family's rescue.5 STAR ALL THE WAY ! ! !

β β β β β We had our gas shut off my Embridge because it turned out we had several gas leaks, including one huge and dangerous one in an area that required drilling and new gas line installation. Silvio and Vinceβsuper friendly and on top of thingsβarrived as soon as possible, and they did NOT leave until the problem was resolved. Kowing how dangerous it was, and the fact that our heating and hot water was also turned off (it was freezing outside), they stayed until midnight until we had heating again, and a new gasline. They worked outside in -15 weather!
On top of that, the owner, Sonny, came to inspect the job the following day. He is super thorough! Silvio and Vince also came back to make sure the hot water tank and heater were survaced. These guys are amazing.

β β β β β Last summer i called City Air to service my air con of which they did an amazing job, later this winter i woke up to a cold home and again called City air who came to my rescue to fix my furnace.
Last week my hot water tank was leaking water all over my floor and again called City Air who replaced the water tank the same day.
What i can say about this company is the guys who come out are reliable, fair in price and go the extra mile making sure my home stays clean. many thanks,

β β β β β City Air was very thorough and professional with their work they did for me. Also the price was okay. I highly recommend City Air for anybody who needs a new furnace, furnace maintenance, or a new air conditioner for your home or business. They also did a great job servicing my hot water heater. And I like the fact that they put tarps down wherever they walk, so they left my house very clean.

They were super quick and helpful with fixing heating issue in the middle of winter when the main competitor wasn't able to help at all for several days... Now I am working with them every time I need, super reactive. Take time to explain and discuss. Good price and quality. Silvio is super nice and professional. I am so glad I found them! Totally recommend them.

β β β β β A 16 year old furnace at a rental stopped working the other day. I called City Air and they dispatched the technician. Sylvio was onsite in Newmarket quickly and reported the furnace was not worth repairing given its age and he recommended replacing it. He also mentioned he had recently purchased a dented furnace at a discount clearance and would sell it to use for $600 off discount. I approved the work and Sylvio had the replacement in and everything cleaned up early evening. He also cleaned up the gas pipe that ran from the furnace to the water heater to give us more room to move around at no charge. The next day I called him asking for a little cleanup of the expanding foam and caulking where the exhaust piping reached outside. Sylvio was back on site within an hour to do the clean-up. Very impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, and the good price.
