High prices and low quality!

The salad was wilted and soggy. Took two bites then tossed it.

Really tasty french toast! I have tried most of their breakfast items and so far all are delicious.

The products are fresh and the people are so friendly (they even tell you pay later if you don’t have money) They always absorb the anger of the customer and try to please them My favourite is parfait

They just have one option in food with no bacon and thats a horrible saltless cold egg wrap which has cheese in it, so if you're lactose intolerant thats out too. Maybe have more options without baçon?

The coffee was good and honestly the service is pretty good, they just left a coffee sleeve inside my cup and I didn’t realize until I’d already had about half of it so that sucked.

The customer service is sub-par and the pricing does not match quality. The employees seemed slightly rude and upset when I did not purchase much. This has happened to me a few times when I went to ask for a single fork or purchased a bottle of water. A friend of mine also said her experience wasn't great when she was purchasing a medium coffee. The staff was slightly rude when offering her a payment method, which to me is unacceptable because her review on the business heavily effects my opinion. My friend is a very polite customer and I could not imagine there being a single reason to be rude to her. There should be at least decent customer service, which is not much to ask for. The staff fails to apologize when mistakes or delays are made as well. Staff is sometimes pushy about ordering more and is extremely unenthusiastic, especially the older woman who works there. I have had no issues with the younger employee. As someone who has worked a customer service position before, I understand that it is difficult and some days it's not easy to deal with customers. However, I've consistently been met with poor service and that is not acceptable. I genuinely feel bad for the employees because it just seems like they don't want to be there. It also seemed that the business itself is extremely cheap with its supplies since the utensils would break within seconds. The napkins were literally like paper and I could probably use them to write my notes in class. I tried using them once and they were as absorbant as a rubber band. It also helps to mention that I went to ask for a fork once and the employee stated that they "could not give me one" when there were several behind the counter. I felt there was no valid reason to reject service like that. It's just cheap and poor customer service. The cinnamon buns themselves are alright but after purchasing them a few times I would not recommend it. They had a weird after taste and sometimes resembled rolled up socks. As mentioned, the forks would break in seconds and the quality is dog water. I am not happy with my experiences and will avoid being a customer at Cinnzeo whenever I can.
