★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice theater, clean bathrooms and facilities but INCREDIBLY slow service at concession line. Was there on a Sunday afternoon (not at a peak time) and there were 3 or 4 lines that were 10 to 12 people deep just waiting. Missed the first part of the movie as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location for the first time. I tried to purchase ticket through scene card as i always do. Cashier was unable to use my points. And they didn’t try bother helping me either( as the cashier was looking like a new hire i can understand ). But Other person (cashier) came and right away said the card is expired. I had to go back without watching any movie as i wanted to use points which i am gathering from last 3 years through bank spending. After reaching home i double checked everything and my card was not expired at all. Didn’t expect to be lying that straight forward in so much convincing manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decently sized movie theatre
Workers should be paid more and all get full benefits, and all ticket checkers should get a chair. This isn't specific to only Cineplex but that doesn't change the necessity of it. If I always want to be able to go see a movie, therefore want all movie workers to be able to make a living and thriving wage (movie companies to use more of their revenue to pay their workers instead of their CEOs and shareholders)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike was very attentive to the customers. Noticed someone drop their popcorn and guy was on it before the customers even thought of asking. It was so nice to see. Then someone was right behind him with a broom. I know this is simple, but when your noticed for an accident. I just love it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it's great. Recliners work's properly, Ambience is nice. One thing I didn't like was all there auditorium have very loud speakers, I will recommend to reduce sound a lil bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous cinema, delicious, fresh popcorn, attentive staff, and super clean screens. We did recline and it was awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were informed that distancing was in effect for seating and that seats would be blocked off around us for our safety. We went and were squished between strangers. There was no need for people to be seated directly next to us during a pandemic. This theatre cares more about money than safety.
Update: returned to this theatre for Batman in ScreenX format. Don’t sit in the second to last row (G) in theatre because the railing is in the view when reclined. ScreenX malfunctioned the entire time until they shut it off completely, but after complaining we got free movie vouchers. Handled it professionally but was still a disappointing experience.
