P	Park Kyungmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The snack bar workers were kind cutting my hotdog in half for my kids and gave the extra paper to wrap the half as well. Kept my snack sec for washroom too :) cinema was clean and the sounds was perfect not too loud even we were sitting front seats!
M	Maiwand Mirzagul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great movie theater. I've been here many times. Lots of space, it is inside of a mall. Staff are nice and accommodating as well as friendly. Overall this location is very nice and easy to find.

They should adjust pricing similar to Cineplex Morningside cinemas. Limited food options. It is convenient though to catch a movie while in the mall. Has a couple of small party rooms.
E	Edwin Kasyom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched No Way Home in Auditorium 7 and I've never experienced such terrible audio ever before. Felt like even dollar store headphones would have been better. The volume was very very low and it only seemed to be coming out of one or two dinky speakers from the front. The movie itself was great, but the underwhelming audio really took away and brought down that experience, and I'm sure if I was to watch it again in a proper theatre it would be even more amazing.

Let’s start with the hair in my popcorn, that just was the cherry on top on my first and last experience here. When we got the popcorn changed, their face was like as if that’s common here. Auditorium 3 smells like feet & the audio is meh. Also seat I15 was broken so my boyfriend had to sight straight with no back support the entire movie. Don’t waste your time.
S	Sanja J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRENDOUS SERVICE. Went to see a 3D movie, bought tickets online ahead of time, 4 kids, 2 adults. Movie was playing in theater #1 right next to the ticket scanning booth. There was another couple and no other people, not crowded at all! The 3D glasses were nowhere in sight. After the previews there was a message on the screen asking to put our 3D glasses on. Which we couldn't find. I went back to the ticket booth to inquire and the girl there said that no, the movie was not 3D. After short argument she agreed that the movie was in fact in 3D. She had no clue where the 3D glasses could be. She walked slowly all the way down the hall to the back room, and casually walked back to the front to get the keys that she forgot. Then again casually walked to back room and then back to the front slowly rolling the bin with the 3D glasses. Meanwhile the movie has already started. No rush, no apology after that! I can't believe that the staff is this incompetent and inconsiderate. I did not have time to complain to the manager because it was past kids bedtime. Will not be coming back. This was on May 4, 7pm, movie Bad Guys in 3D!! Fairview Mall Cineplex
C	Casey Hearn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cinema is very nice: clean, easy to get to and find the right theatre for your movie, and there are washrooms at the front and back for when everyone crowds them after the movie is over. I was kind of uncomfortable that they had every row open in the theatres, since I think there is still capacity limits in place (according to the sign by the door, which said max 88 people). But you can always convince the people you’re with to sit in less desirable seats to be away from others (didn’t have time in my case though).
