T	The Diva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous customer service - sorely lacking in common sense or convenience. It seems that to register as POA (power of attorney) the individual for whom such a thing is necessary must attend. So that means, the elderly people who may have dementia, alzheimers or are physically unable to get out MUST ATTEND. IF they can't then it must be their lawyer. How stupid is that. A witnessed and notarized document isn't enough for these stupid people.
M	Mike Smiyh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for over 20 mins! Enough time to give this branch a 1 star rating. Cibc has terrible customer service. Wait times at TD bank at the barrie location are a maximum of 2 mins.
S	Sarah Farley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours not as convenient as other banks in area. Teller staff are friendly and helpful. Office staff can be hard to get a hold of, often not communicating well regarding status of inquiries. Have dealt with them regarding a charity account.

I have been a loyal CIBC customer for over 20 years with multiple accounts including my business account and they have been infuriating to deal with. They never pick up the phone. Never return calls. When you do get ahold of them they pass you off to someone else who doesn’t pick up the phone. I am now actively seeking a different banking institution. I cannot deal with their complete lack of service anymore.
