★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch and Bank has become an absolute joke. They lost my company bank deposit. I can't get a hold of anyone. They no longer have business account managers like they used to. No more hands-on customer service like the old days. May have to take all my business to other Banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in with a question on why I had been double charged for an online order I had placed. Received no help from the staff with them saying you were double charged its not our fault and left with a very sour taste in my mouth. Not only were they unhelpful but refused to assist with a problem I had. Not sure if I trust my money here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience I've ever had with a banking institution. Dealt with Naveed Bukhari regarding an issue,he was very rude and arrogant. I totally understand that banks have restrictions in terms of privacy, but rude behavior is never acceptable. I have spoken to atleast 5 different representatives at CIBC and all of them gave me a different answer. I am very disappointed with the service that I got from CIBC. Although I should give credit where it is due, the person who helped me open an account was very knowledgeable and helpful - a huge thanks to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only get 1 star because you can't have ZERO!!! This is the worst bank by far that I have EVER dealt with. They clearly have no interest in their clients nor building a sustainable business as they treat everyone like second class citizens. The General Manager has absolutely no idea what he is doing and makes up the rules as he goes along. He should be FIRED and never allowed to work in this industry ever again. The experience was garbage, customer service was garbage, the attitude you get from them when they ACTUALLY have to do their job. If you are a CIBC client STAY AWAY. FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
