CIBC Branch with ATM

Waiting constantly long... the new business customer service lady is beyond slow . People in the business line are needing to get back to their businesses. Half hour waiting is unacceptable.

I like this bank because the staff turnover is so minimal, always see the same bright smiling faces. Marcie specifically, she helped me sort out my savings account and I am feeling more financially stable because of it.

The staff at this location is hit or miss, my first experience here was absolutely horrible but on my second visit I had a different representative and had a much better experience. This bank however, is horrible. They admitted to making an data entry mistake with my account and did nothing to rectify the situation or notify me of missed payments. Dont EVER use CIBC.

I don’t write review usually but for this branch i have to. I wish I could give -5 star in the ratings. This branch is completely wasting customers’ time. I had to revisit this very-low-standard branch for what they have done in my account mistakenly. I deposited a big ‘certified’ cheque and they didn’t even bother to check what amount I was putting in my account. The teller had to make two deposits and one correction for what the teller did mistakenly at first deposit. And what happened is that the money got ‘on hold’ status at the night suddenly, which was supposed to be available immediately after. It was just because the teller made mistake and such called anti-discrepancy system froze the money. Then I was completely embarrassed when I tried to use the money.. Next day, I had to revisit this amateur branch to get that corrected. they seemed doesn’t care this kind of matters. So I assume this happens a lot in this location. I will never use this branch to see teller. I rather travel to another branch if I have to use CIBC again. It was below the standard people expect, and such an amateur service, i don’t even want to use ‘professional’ word to them. If they can’t manage your money ‘CORRECTLY’, they are not financial institution. Not deserve to service people. Ive been using cibc account for many years but this branch is a joke. Cibc somehow lost my trust which is very important factor for what they do/service.

They close business line by 4 even on Friday, and their customer service representatives are so rude, don’t even greet. Always long wait, they prefer talking to each other rather than helping. Really disappointing service.

I tried to use the ATM at 9am today (Saturday) but turned around and left. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere and no way to clean the ATM pinpad before use. There were 3 people in front of me and more people arriving. There was only one out of 3 ATM's working and no way to social distance if there were more than 3 people in there.

Went there was never greeted. The representative asked me what I needed and I described it and she responded that I could do that online too. I know I could do it online but I still wanted to get it done from the branch and she told me to tell her again what I wanted . If they could understand and listen to clients will be much appreciated. I didn’t get what I wanted and never bothered to explain it again. If I take my time to come to the branch it’s something important. Can’t you appreciate people to have accounts in your bank
