★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service isn't the greatest. I often feel like the tellers act like everything is a hassle and whenever I try to phone the branch and no one ever answers the phone I leave a message and no one gets back to me. I have had to call other branches to ask if they have extensions of the persons I need to speak to. It's so frustrating. Im close to closing my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want everyone to know that st vital BMO is the worst BMO you could go to in the city, they have messed up my mortgage, my RRSP's contributions and also my tax cheques were put in incorrectly , I always have problems there and all they have done is caused my financial stress , they came up with excuses everytime they have messed stuff up and I highly recommend going to either Southdale or tuxedo because, I have nothing good to say about that place, and I know other people that have had similar problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this bank and branch at all cost. I got offered a promotion to open an account and in the end I never received the promised money and am now out the door a few hundred dollars. I’ve seen a few staff members now and I get given the run around, not helpful at all
