★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This RBC has been nothing but great to me, I had made a few misups regarding my finances and after talking them all threw we were able to figure out a way to fix the problem. they wouldnt just let me levae unsatisfied and continued to talk amounst eachother with great determination and teamwork, resulting is saving me some money but more importantly I learnt from my error and they just did a outstanding job.
this RBC inparticular also has a drivethru ATM thats open 24 hours a day and dispences all denominations of bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with RBC for over 19 years and never once have they ever been there for the customer service aspect. Unless you are rich they won't care about you one bit. Opened with Tangerine and going to be closing everything with RBC. Very disappointing given the years I've put in with them but don't make the same mistake as me.
