I was acknowledged by someone in the line asking if they can assist me. Then again another person acknowledged me and offered to help. I chose to be in line to see a teller and she was the friendliest person ever. She gave me insight on how CIBC is helping clients during COVID and offered to introduce me to an advisor. To summarise, I went in for banking and went out with a smile with my transactions completed, but more importantly being proud of banking with CIBC

I would... all I needed to do was get a replacement business credit card and they said a regular teller cannot process my request and ONLY a business agent can... but there are NONE ... how am I supposed to conduct my business if you can’t conduct yours. Will be Withdrawing all my accounts from cibc shortly

S	Syed Abbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I have a business account in this branch. Whenever you need urgent help, you feel helpless and hopeless. Always said contact the call center; if called to the call center, you can't reach them on the same day. If you are lucky to get an appointment next day from call centre, they will say contact to the branch. So this is the style of CIBC to help its customers.
R	Roshan Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually busy place due to less number of tellers. Most of the time I visit this place, I waste a lot of time in the queue. They always have less number of people in the wickets. I would suggest to increase the number of active teller counters or manage the staff as per the queue. They used to have a separate business transactions line which they closed later
