Ive been kicked off my bank account 3 times in the last 4 months cause they cant figure out how to input ID. 2. this random credit card showed up on my account and they cant get rid of it. 3. the online website never works, it wouldnt let me transfer funds for 3 days, and it deleted all my e-transfer contacts. 4. i applied for a loan and after wasting a month of my time told me i was approved, but they couldnt give it to me cause my credit cards arent with them. what? good bye cibc.

After phoning the CIBC headquarters that has a recording which was not helpful in any manner.... a most pleasant and helpful person by the name of Kim answered the phone at the CIBC Canmore branch on Saturday! She was courteous and considerate and really helped us sort our or mortgage information. Well done and Thanks again.
D	Dominic Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go to the bank today. I dreaded being trapped inside that small space but the Canmore branch had taken lots of precautions. From markings on the floor to keep space between customers to a makeshift "pamphlet-holder-shield" to protect the teller who was also wearing a mask. There was even a chair blocking direct access to the counter so clients couldn't get too close to workers. Thanks for being there, taking care of your customers but most importantly of yourselves: can't help anyone if your'e sick!

They were most considerate with obtaining the requested banking information in order to get an account with a supplier onside. The supplier needed the information that same day! Considering we had a rather awkward time at another branch who shall remain nameless( in consideration of being graceful and discreet) Kimberly and Amber both came through with excellent service and helped restore the value of the mission statement of CIBC Thanks again.
