Coffee is great and I like that they have an information desk at the front, where you can ask questions and sometimes avoid lining up to ask a teller. One staff member in particular, Mr. Steel, was extremely helpful and considerate regarding a very personal matter and his professionalism and empathy shined through. Thank you.

Philip Steel lied to me multiple times about being approved for a line of credit, the timeframe for approval, and I had to contact him every single time for an update (waiting weeks at some points). This bank doesn't care about you and will tell you whatever lie will make you complacent. I am now partway through a degree I have no means of paying for because of Philip Steel's outright lies.

A	Alex Sutliff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened an account here yesterday. Phillip Steel the employee I had a meeting with was very helpful and honest. I came in to get a credit card. I recently moved to Canada and have been trying to get a card to start building my credit score here, but with no luck. He got me a card instantly and set me up with an account that meets all my needs. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I didn't have high hopes when I came in but I left in a great mood with more than I came for. Thanks Phillip! I will say that the ATMs inside the building should be updated... They pull in your card so slowly I thought it was broken, and in order to make a cash deposit you have to put it in an envelope. I haven't seen an ATM that you can't put cash in directly for many years. Definitely due for an update. Hopefully not all the CIBC ATMs are this old fashioned.

Terrible management and staff. One staff even told my stepdad to transfer his credit to another bank since CIBC has high rates. Surprise CIBC!

Less than 24 hrs after ordering the draft by phone, I had a call from a customer service representative of this branch, to let me know I could come in at my convenience, with clear instructions on how to proceed. Once I was at the branch, I was serviced quickly, kindly, and greeted by all staff. Very pleased with the service I had here today. Thanks to all! So happy my request was processed in a timely and professional manner. Would be happy to visit this branch again.
M	Mordechai Murad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some of the negative reviews and find it shameful how people are so shallow as to complain about " wire transfer lost " - I'm sure they found your money : " I had to wait " - Yes this is life, we have to wait if there is a line up- " I did not get a mortgage " Maybe your not qualified . Silly people . This bank goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients are serviced properly. Especially during a pandemic and lockdowns !!
L	Lifted Lachance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero stars, the manager carol, cost me so much time and money by not knowing anything about her job(confirmed by manager at Bayfield) this bank has over and over done the wrong thing, and treated me like a second rate client, have never left this bank happy or even near satisfied. find a better branch or even better find another bank.
