★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of this place was very good. You can have a great time pass, while waiting for the bank staff on the lounge area that has several computers. This was a great idea and I haven’t seen in any other banks. It is located in New Westminster sky train station which is quite convenient. The customer service was really bad as they were short of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always preferred to deal with Kitty. Ever since she left CIBC New Westminster station the level of service has gone downhill. She always answered the phone and returned messages. I am not too impressed with the level of service this branch has to offer. Twice now I have called left a voicemail and no response. We personally have moved on.
