โ โ โ โ โ This used to be a bank branch, where people could do banking related things, crazily enough. Now it's a... well, I don't know, really. Mostly it's a large room with couches and people who tell you they can't help you with any of your banking needs at this location.

โ โ โ โ โ A very limited "Banking Centre" that does not accept cash or cheques. I could not even pay a CIBC US Dollar Visa bill there! Had to find a full branch instead...

โ โ โ โ โ This location has recently been renovated and is no longer a full service bank. There's still an ATM, but there are no longer tellers- more of a place where you book a meeting to see an advisor.

Just wasting time.
CIBC bank is OK!
CIBC credit card is no good.
They care about correcting money.
They don't care about customer's credit or trust.
Don't use CIBC credit card they will lie to you.
They lied to me 2 times.
There didn't care about me.
They think they are King.

I only want to use credit cards.
They don't know how to solve the problem and treat consumer.
Again CIBC debit card is OK!
Just don't use credit card they don't care about us.
I asked about '' you don't care about customer right?" And he said " I am here to help you"
But that help means try to help you how to make a payment. They just want money not customer.

โ โ โ โ โ People who work here certainly try hard to help (with the exception of answering the phone which nobody ever does). I'm sorry but the new 'concept' seems more of another way of ban than s screwing us out of services than anything else. When do banks make enough billions of dollars off us to offer fair service ?!
