★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If a company thought that communication with its customers and potential customers was important would they have you talk to somebody who spoke English poorly as a second language? If a company thought that its customers were important to it would it freeze their accounts on the whim of a dictator?
This company is incompetent and uncaring. It acts as if it’s entitled to your money by providing quite a bit less than stellar customer service.
Thank goodness I have access to a credit union.

They never sent me any forms of a letter regarding my unauthorized overdraft when I stop using them as my bank and the service charges are over priced but yet they could give my info to the creditors but they don't know how to reach me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a weird problem with an appointment not getting made properly I guess because of having to talk to the centralized call centre not the actual branch people. Ended up getting done what I needed but it took some time to sort out. Next time I would probably go straight in rather than try to book over the phone.
