They ignored CRA's phone calls twice, and did not respond to two voicemails left by CRA after being months late filing my taxes, this is the second year in a row they were months late. Then CRA closes my account and takes money out, because this accountant did not do their job, the only job they are there for, leaving me stranded 3 days before a business trip to the US to build my new company. Not only did they not even apologize for this MAJOR SCREW UP, I had to ask for a discount on the bill which I have had to remind them to apply 4 times now, and the discount is basically a slap in the face showing that they truly do not care about their customers, THEY GAVE ME A TOTAL DISCOUNT OF $3.23, FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE, THIS IS NOT A MISPRINT THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME. And to top it all off I had to just spend another 2hrs on the phone today to change my address back to the correct one, I have had to do this each year being they ignore my several emails/texts/phone calls asking them to use my correct address that I have been at for 3 1/2 years now. If you do not value your time, and prefer sleepless nights while worrying about your business and personal finances then this is the perfect accounting firm for you. If you like to be ignored when Angie finally decides to meet with you after several attempts to find out what they are doing with your paperwork, all the while she is texting or answering her phone calls about her property management company, then this is the perfect company for you. There is an obvious trend with these reviews where it shows their complete disregard for their customers. Maybe this review will get their attention and have them start treating their customers with respect, we all work hard for our money and it is extremely disrespectful to have a company you trust act this way, it shows no concern. Lastly I have emailed several times and left voice mails for several weeks now asking when I can pick up my receipts and talk about this slap in the face discount they offered on an invoice that was higher than what we had agreed upon when I first brought my taxes, Angie ignores all of my calls or voicemails. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
